Douglas Square Petro-Can Certigard has worked on my vehicle on at least 4 different occasions. I bring it back here because these guys are honest, stick to their schedule, stick to their estimates, and take the time to explain what they've done, show you the parts they've replaced, and overall, the service has been excellent. I brought it here after having many bad experiences elsewhere, on the recommendation of a friend. Boy am I glad I took the friend's recommendation! This place is really great. They've worked on 3 of my vehicles and are just the most pleasant people to deal with. They sincerely seem to care, and really go the extra mile. I highly recommend this place - and have done so numerous times to my friends. I can't believe I'm the first to write a review on this location. I can't speak to other locations, I've only dealt with this one and the people there are very professional and courteous. My only wish is that they would have loaner vehicles while your vehicle is being worked on. As a woman, it's hard to find a good automotive shop that you can trust. Well I've found it !
