if something is not working or boiler is not working they will send you their maintenance crew after 3-5 days . meanwhile you have to take shower with cold water , . our washing machine and dishwasher was not working properly and they didn't clean at all they replaced it after 3 months of complaining . experience when you intend to move out they will add things or defect which was already there on you and they will do their best to take all of your security deposit as much as possible
