    Very happy

    I can't believe the price we got for the service and quality. A different store was a thousand more for a five thousand dollar investment in our home.

    Worst Experience Ever

    Where to start? 40 sq ft short on floor tile, wrong color, 12 pieces instead of 12 square feet for back splash,or being forced to buy something you don't want. Lack of service being called liars and Steve and Colin (mgr) not taking ownership of any of the mistakes even saying the salesman Steve was never in the house to measure. Icing on the cake Colin speaking over my partner like she didnt exist but rather answering her questions by looking and talking to me... Wouldn't recommend for a DOG HOUSE!

    No compensation, that's the policy!

    Installers never showed up. Had to re book and once again, no one showed up. Ended up coming later that day. Salesman said they do not compensate for installation problems. POOR SERVICE!
