Canadian Tire General Store

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Not impressed that I had to roam the store to find a clerk that would unlock the washroom door. They said they are doing that because someone is stealing from the bathroom. Pray tell whatever is in there that someone would steal? And how are they stopping theft? They didn't ask to come in with me, and they weren't there for me to be able to leave. hullo!
