New owners, had a fabulous experience. Promptly answered all my questions and I was very happy with the end product.

just called for quotation, very bad customer service, wont deal with this guys again, truly dont recommend them at all!

The only thing you can count on with this printer is problems. Heed this warning.

the worst printing shop ever. they said 5-10 business days, and turns out on the 13 days i called them, they said they quoted wrong and haavent print anything, and the manager is lying to me said he called me and send me emails. but i haven't receive anything. if you want printing job done well and quick definitely not going this one. or you will get screwed.
