The two chaps that service my hot water on demand and hooked up pipes to my furnace were friendly good workers and would have them back in the future for any work that I would need.

Brian was so friendly and nice. He arrived when he was expected and was very knowledgeable about the repair. We would definitely recommend Gandy.

Ben D. did an excellent job on service my heat pump, furnace and Navien water heater. He did thorough cleaning and diagnosis each component and said everything was in excellent condition. Ben gave lots of interesting information about my systems, made some recommendations and offered to update the electronic thermostat. Ben is very professional and a pleasant guy too. Well done by Ben and the Gandy office staff. Looking forward for another year of great service from the heating/cooling system.

Disappointed

they installed our furnance, took our money and we never heard from them again. Although we did call the guy who sold it to us, he said they were too busy at the time to address our concerns and we are still waiting for him to get back to us. Our installation was 5th DEC,2016 it is now Feb1st,2017

Great Service

My heat pump wasn't working and in this weather I needed it to keep me cool. Gandy sent their tech out the same day, he was polite and efficient and I am now keeping cool! Would definitely use them again.

i called them to fix the furnace and paid them in full, few hours later the furnace is not working properly and when i contacted the technician who fixed it, i was sworn at !!!! i complained to the management and i didnt hear anything from them ( not even an apology) i am in the construction business and this is by far the worst company i dealt with ... a peace of advice, DONT HIRE THEM for any kind of job
