    No Worth Your Time

    Drivers are really nice, but the SUV is disgustingly dirty inside, and a hole bunch of dents and wheels where dirty

    IMO, Mermaid Limo VERY BAD

    I have used many limo services in Hamilton area for institutional and social functions and based on 2 experiences (one direct, one indirect) Mermaid Limo is absolutely the worst. In my experience their drivers are not professional, courteous or helpful. They have inappropriate behaviour towards young women. Their drivers are opportunistic and will try to charge substantial on-the-spot fees (+$250) from unaware customers. Their management, though courteous, is deceptive and insincere. Try another company.
