It’s 2 p.m. on a Friday and the door to Louie Craft Coffee keeps swinging open. It seems like Anna and Jo Lee, the sisters and co-owners behind the Liberty Village coffee shop, know most customers personally. Everybody gets a happy hello and a friendly smile with their cappuccino, Americano, or chai latte, whether they’re coming in to get a quick afternoon caffeine fix or staying awhile.
“We don’t want it to feel like an intimidating place,” explains Anna. Louie Craft Coffee is the perfect place to get some work done, grab a freshly baked cookie, or just hang out. There are plug outlets near every table and the café hums with the sound of frothing from the top-of-the-line espresso machine.
