    Have waited 3 days for a delivery and the call center is useless. Still do not have my package!!!!

    I missed the early morning deliveries for 2 days. After I made phone call, the driver was able to come back to bring me the package. I appreciated their effort.

    purolator drivers and service are great, but if you have a problem, you CAN'T get through to anyone EVER for customer service! Poor customer service gets a fail in my books.
