Leaving this dentist after two years with Dr Azza because the receptionist with the bandana is rude and provides the worst 'customer service' I have ever experienced in all of North America. Monday I called and they offered me Thursday at 2pm for my appointment. I got a call Tuesday to confirm my appointment on Thursday at 240pm and I confirmed. I received a text Wednesday to confirm the date and time. Today, Thursday, my appointment day, I called to ask a question. But the receptionist told
