    Excellent service and communications. Took the car back for a wee bit of a tweak, and they fixed it while I was waiting. Highly recommended!

    Great service. Arranged everything for us including rental car. They even had our vehicle back to us early. 5 star service. They are a great team of professionals.

    Talk about profes...

    Talk about professionalism....In for rear end damage estimate, fairly extensive. Scheduled appointment. They advised to be careful of Carbon Monoxide inside car from trunk not properly sealed...don't sit Idle while using car before appointment. I immeditately arranged a car rental. The Insurance company told them that they should not have told me that....Wow! Thank you Pruss-Hawkins for Caring and Professionalism.
