Unfortunately after 20 years of using this service, i will not longer be a client. After numerous issues with our booking (out of control sargassum, and construction, etc...) not only were we told we will lose our deposit but we also had to pay a service fee of over $100.00 I am so very disappointed with them, they were my go to for two decades and only to treat me like this is very saddening.
