The bank teller Krysten is absolutely amazing, she was so kind and made me feel very comfortable while being there. She helped me with everything to do with my bank account and went above and beyond. I will definitely only be using the north gate Scotia bank when I need to go in for customer service. She made my experience incredibly amazing.

Fantastic branch with fantastic people. This branch services the St. Clements and surrounding area. While part of a larger organization they still remain close with their community and embrace the small town banking experience. Hours on Yellowpages are incorrect. Hours are M-W 9-4 Th-F 9-5.

My friend and myself just came home from Florida with a large cheque to deposit in to Scotia bank in another town. It was a draft drawn another bank from the u.s. it had know great details in it. Very good I closed my account at Scotia Bank after they moved the branch to another location.
Then I had to find my old card which I destroyed and had to find a transfer from amost three years that I made. The lady whom I spoke with was very helpful after asking my security questions she found my transactions. S.B. was very helpful solving my problem and I will open another account with them after my surgery.
