have been doing business with this branch of Scotia bank for over 25 years...While some branches are rather complacent and dont care a great deal Westmount are the opposite of that, they are ALWAYS CARING for thier customers first time out or long term customers, whether they have lots of money or maintain only a small balance. The Southgate mall location has great customer service once you finally get out of the line (one time i stood at the front of the line for 15 mins straight even though i needed to do quick banking) because the client advisors are very thorough with each customer. I appreciate that but maybe provide some seats? It is so stressful to stand in the lines sometimes. Maybe i should bring my own chair from home.

I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. If you own a condo and are responsible, abide by the by-laws, respectful of your community, and what a dependable property management company; call them!
