Called and they came out. The guy they sent (I can’t remember his name) was efficient and very pleasant. The other reviews say they are very expensive, I found them to be reasonable. You can’t get something for nothing. I’m very pleased with the work that was done.

We needed to get our 2 single doors replaced. We received 3 quotes including Pat and he came out as the best choice economically (by a large margin). I was concerned about the headroom issues in the old 1960 Garage, he explained everything that could be done very clearly and detailed what he was going to do prior to commencing work. Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.

While backing my boat into my garage earlier this month, I caught and ripped off the weather strip from our garage door. Although we live out in the county, the manager of Well Hung Door sent a technician out to our house within two days. The technician arrived at the appointed time, installed the new weather strip, and adjusted and lubricated the doors for us, all at a more than reasonable price. Great company, management and technician!!

My garage cable was disconnected and I called this company, I spoke with a guy named Chad, the same day he sent his installers. I changed my my mind and I would rather replace the door and he patiently dealt with me even though I’m all over the place,. Ace installed my liftmaster unit on an emergency basis about 4 years ago.. it has been a dream. Over the weekend somehow my son messed with the sensors. Ace was going to be unavailable to come for a few days but he took my call after I returned home from work and walked us through the steps to correct the sensor problem. After calling two garage door repair companies in Calgary and being quoted outrageous prices to come out to even look at the door, I lucked out when I called Bud at ASAP Overhead Door Repair.
He was at my house within an hour of calling and had my cable replaced and a broken hinge fixed so quickly.
I was so stressed out as my husband was out of town, didn't know what to do. I would highly highly recommend Bud to come and fix any of your garage door needs. As he is super honest and efficient.

To my shame I backed into my garage door, breaking a cable. These guys came when they said they would and the cost of their services was very reasonable. This is actually the second time they have come out. The last time was when one of our springs broke. That time they came even though it was after hours and WINTER and were also very reasonable with the cost. Save yourself the headache of dealing with other people and just call these guys!
