My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. I originally ended up at Star Auto Transmission to fix a tire that had a screw in it, my experience was absolutely awesome. My van was making this grr sound and someone told me it was the muffler, star Auto doesnt deal with muffler but Peter offered to take a look and let me know what needed to be done,he also gave a lesson on a few other things which I really appreciated. Turned out it was not the muffler it was the flex pipe leak, they fixed it for me within 2 days. trustworthy, reliable.

Called Pioneer Transmission in a panic because I was told by a different mechanic that I needed a new clutch and they refused to fix it. They took my car in the very next morning and found it was not the clutch they fixed the small problem free of charge. I am so thankful and will defiantly be keeping them as my go to Mechanic shop? Steve went over and beyond in Dealing with the Insurance Co. as we had just purchased our 2014 Mustang and it was still under the 3 month Warrantee! after several attempts! several phone calls! and Steves persistence in dealing with the insurance company he managed to get us what we needed.
