My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!

I went to Mister Transmission today in Cambridge, Ont
I needed to get a second opinion on my Transmission Fluids for my car.
Wow I was blown away from the start of my appointment to the end of it.

Very thankful to Steve and the guys at MR Transmission on Centennial Parkway. Steve went over and beyond in Dealing with the Insurance Co. as we had just purchased our 2014 Mustang and it was still under the 3 month Warrantee! after several attempts! several phone calls! and Steves persistence in dealing with the insurance company he managed to get us what we needed. Called Pioneer Transmission in a panic because I was told by a different mechanic that I needed a new clutch and they refused to fix it. They took my car in the very next morning and found it was not the clutch they fixed the small problem free of charge. I am so thankful and will defiantly be keeping them as my go to Mechanic shop?
