I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.

My husband and I purchased a full trim package for our home including our closet shelving. The sales person came to our home to measure and help select the trim style as well as offer design tips. Great service. We set up a time for delivery after the drywall guys were finished and it was delivered without damage and it came with a warranty on materials and install. Our home looks amazing, thank you Canada trim!:-)

Brought in my Dewalt drill as a auger was stuck in the chuck. I was looking at replacing it but more importantly i needed it for work I was doing at our church. Less than 10 mins later they handed me the drill and the auger- BOTH IN GREAT SHAPE AND NO CHARGE! The repair guy I didn't get his name but I so appreciate your kindness! I'll be back to buy new if this one dies.

Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)

We once again had the pleasure of purchasing our windows from Paul Lavigne and Kelly Searson at Oakview Windows and Doors. This is the second time we used Oakview as we just moved into our new home and many renovations were required. The whole team from Oakview came through for us in a professional and timely fashion. We even had them cut down and enlarge some windows for us and we put a new patio door in our back dinning room. The kids love it so they easily can go out the back porch to play in the yard.The house needed siding work as well, which Oakview provided for us. Our new 25 year old home looks amazing and my wife and I could not be happier. Thanks Oakview for helping us again. I needed some closet doors a few weeks ago. Piramid was very fast and efficient. I was able to go into their showroom, pick out the style I wanted, have them come and measure, and then install the doors, all in a matter of a week and a bit. Great customer service.
