Everyone was very courteous and respectable, very helpful with different ideas. Sergey and his partner had the windows fit perfectly and they cleaned up excellently.
Ivan the salesperson was very professional, comes back and checks on his work, very faithful. I live just outside of Rockyford AB and have recommended Window Mart to my three sisters and their families all living within a half hour drive. Two have already ordered their windows. One has theirs already in and happy. Great experience.

Please let the store manager have access to my comments: On Saturday June 20th/20 I was at your store to purchase two patio chairs. I was helped by a fellow named Robin from the garden centre. The help he gave me was terrific. He put the chairs on a cart, pushed them to my car. The two packages were quite large and would not fit in my car as they were. He took the time to cut open each package and put the chair parts in my trunk and they both fit.
He did a fantastic job.

Our home is very old. Because of that we were very picky to choose a company that we are going to work with, and had several estimates and different prices. Last estimate we had was from Vinyl Window Pro. They were very professional answered all of our questions. Installers were very clean, fast, and really professional and the new bay windows look fantastic.. Very happy with the work that was done.

I have used Wild Rose multiple times to fix chips in my windshield from extensive driving on gravel roads. They are very responsive, always do a great job, and even fixed one for free after I had a large rock chip within a week of fixing a smaller one!

We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. We were able to have the window frame repaired in just a few days. I cannot Thank this company enough for their courteous service and efficient workmanship. Our sincere "Thanks"

We had canadian choose windows placed into our trailer in late feb and in order to get there bate picture had to be taken well it took until april 18/18 to have the final pictures taken and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the rebate,and we were also told at the time of ordering our windows where they were single pane and replaced by triple pane with a rebate of close to 900 -1000 dollars rebate now we have to wait for another 6weeks and were told maybe getting $600. Sad not happy.
