I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. Broken Window
My wife accidentally cracked a casement window with a watering can, while watering some flowers (obv). City sent someone out to measure and order the custom window. When it came in they installed it. They did exactly what they are supposed to do. Install the window properly, efficiently, with professionalism and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy that the window matches the existing, doesn't leak, opens and closes properly, and everything else it should do.

Chris Larock, franchise owner was amazing to deal with. He responded immediately to our request for a quote, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had.
