My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

Everything that has been promised was delivered on time. Everything was discussed upfront, with the whole process explanation (we were in the accident under insurance claim). The repair job was done perfectly, the vehicle was brought to the perfect condition as if accident never happened. General manager with the whole team is a pleasure to deal with.
