The cake came out exactly as expected- beautifully crafted with excellent design and texture. I was very impressed with how carefully it wS made. Despite placing my order on short notice, GSM Cakes delivered on time.Thanks you GSM Cakes. My husband absolutely loved and enjoyed his birthday cake. Oh my lord! Hands down the best cake I have ever had. The buttercream icing is to die. The staff/owners are so friendly and go out of their way to help you even if it takes awhile to figure out what you want. 150% will be back for all of our events!

We have been in several times since you opened and can openly say that your bakery items are the best we have had in Canada. You could close your eyes and been transported back to England. So much flavour and your pastry is unlike anything we have found in our 30 years as expats, including the 8 we spent in OZ!!!
