I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

I went here to purchase a mattress and was serviced by Sanjay. He was efficient, knowledgable, and had a great sense of humour. He made my purchase easy and pleasurable. When I called he took my calls and answered all my questions and followed up with me. I would go to him again. Ask for him next time you are there. Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.

Belaty Ltd. was sent to inspect and repair and old fridge and an old washing machine at my mothers home. Under the Enercare appliance protection program. The repair man who attended was Danny. He managed to save two older appliances that did not need replacement quite yet. He was fast and effective. Careful in handling the appliances and made sure to keep the work area clean after he was finished. He answered all my dumb questions. Was on time for both visits. Totally satisfied and impressed.

My husband and I purchased a 2500 dollar mattress from a popular big box store. I was waking up in the middle of the night in horrible pain, unable to straighten up. They would not let us return it for any reason. I found Naturelle Organic Beds online and bought a 3 inch mattress topper for our new mattress. My back is completely better and my husband and I both love it. There was no smell and we could put it directly on top of the mattress. Sleep like a baby now.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
