I just finished renting the car from them for 2 days the people that were very pleasant courteous and the vehicles were very well priced I would certainly recommend them especially the fact they are willing to pick you up from a different location

they were friendly, accomodating, and went way beyond what was required to ensure that i had a good experience. They called to inform me when my insurance rental coverage reached its maximum and the manager called to thank me for using their service the day after i rented the car. they answered all of my questions and there were no hidden charges or surprises along the way. i would come back to this rental service any time. they were amazing. i recomend them to anyone!

Discount Lethbridge has the ultimate best Customer Service in Alberta. I would really like to give a commendation to your employee Sharon. Sharon goes way above her call of duty. She will bend over backwards to help a customer in need. You could never ask for a better employee like Sharon. If I was able to rate Sharon I would give her a score of 30 as she has exceptional Customer Service to every customer that comes into this location.

We rented a car to drive one-way from Calgary to Vancouver. It was cheaper to use this Enterprise location than the airports. The staff was friendly, helpful and fast to get us in our car and on the road. The Dodge Charger performed perfectly and was very comfortable. Return in Vancouver was simple.

Service is closed on Saturday's but Brad and Murray still came to my house and boosted my Acadia and then brought it back to Western and charged my battery, all that service and no bill. Thanks for helping me!

Great place to rent cars,SUVs and 1/2 ton trucks. They will match rates , and have a nice mix of vehicles. Very friendly staff. I Always rent from this location

Mario is such a pleasant and friendly associate. He answered all of our questions and recommended the best rental for our needs. having winter tires in their vehicle is great! wish other places adopt this on some of the vehicles instead of all seasons that are snow rated.
