City car rental is the best car rental in Toronto, especially if you need it around Pearson. I am a regular customer to City Car Rental for past 1 year. Everybody in the company are polite and maintain good work etiquette at the office. They are known for Very good cars, reasonable price and friendly customer service. To mention Mr. Rahul in particular is very polite and have good customer service skills.

I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.

Easy to use! Since experiencing a fire, I have rented from Akmal four times in the past six weeks: a cube truck twice and a cargo van twice. The trucks were in good condition. Communications have been great! I appreciate the service that I have received. I find the experience less bureaucratic than the big name brands and pricing is good. We have had no problems with shifts in timing. I like Akmal's commitment to customer service!! Would definitely recommend to others.

We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!

Professional helpful and friendly staff. Cars were in immaculate condition. The rates were more than fair and the gas i spent was less than i expected. Will most definitely be renting from them again. Rachel gave me a lift home and the manager offered me a slight discount for a short wait time while they got the oil changed for me before i left. Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.
