I had my suv in for an oil change and check the brakes ( 3 months earlier I had my back brakes done and Steve said then that I will Need the fronts brakes done later) Steve checked them and said they are good until Jan. Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!!
