It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. At the start of our hunting trip I hit a rock and split the side wall on my quad tire .I needed a quad tire and they happen to have one the size I needed. They changed it over to my rim in 15 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable price. I was able to continue hunting and were very successful. I was very pleased and amazed at the depth of their service.

This establishment is above and beyond not only was it a long weekend but they save me with two little boys and a brand new puppy took my truck helped me get a hotel and treated me like family making sure my truck would be fixed to have me and my family back on the road. If I was in Clearwater this is the place I would rely on with no doubt

Trevor spotted an issue with our vehicle, low and behold the issue came to materialize at the last minute on Friday afternoon (literally at 4pm). He squeezed us in Monday morning (today) and fixed the car better than ever, gave us a fair and honest price breakdown too.

This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. Picked him up in the morning and bought him coffee and breakfast. They had the truck up and worked on it first thing in the morning. Can’t say enough good things!

I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.
