The search for frames began in October, I went to optometrists, 2 for 1 places, Big Box Stores where I spoke to many sales staff all of which were focused mainly on fashion and making a sale. My current eyewear was in terrible shape. I was desperate so I Googled Langley “Eye Glass Frames near me” and up came Crossing Optical, Siri took me there.
Ana, the owner, greeted me warmly. Frames were found (several sizes were available in same styles), lenses were discussed. I felt vindicated because

My son had eye troubles. Went to Children's hospital and few other doctors. A friend recommended Dr. Shajani. He solved the problem. Especially if you have special needs you should come here. It is not cheap but when you leave you have an answer, the right glasses, or what you need. The people who are there actually give you customer service. Help you pick out really nice frames that suit your face.

The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.

Quick turnaround, excellent service right away very helpful with picking glasses. I also injured my eye and they got me in right away and even came in on their closed day to tend to my eye injury. Very strongly recommend in using them for your next pair!

An amazing place to go! Dr. Dhillon gave me a free examination and free contacts until my new glasses are available. Why, due to dealing with a crook of an optomistrist located in downtown Abbotsford who basically was holding my perscription hostage for 60 dollars(even though he was paid by FN Health authority), because I would not buy glasses from him! Dr.Dhillon heard about my dilemma and offered to give me an examination again for free. I cannot rave about this place eneough!

I have had the opportunity to work with both Dr. Jennings and Dr. Hughes. I was referred to them by an Ophthalmologist a number of years back and I appreciate that I was given the name of two very competent Optometrists. I feel my eyes are in very good hands. I went to Coquitlam Optometry last week for an eye exam. This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Mithani checked the health of my eyes in addition to giving me a prescription for glasses. They also took a picture of my retina. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and explain my eye condition, he was very easy to talk to. The staff there were awesome. Very helpful in helping me choose the the right eyeglasses and decide on the best lens for my prescription. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this office for your next eye exam

I would definitely recommend Dr Sandhar. She was very knowledgable and professional. I was referred by a co-worker and now my wife and three kids are all patients. She was very kind and helpful with my children and explained the importance of taking care of your eyes. She takes her time with each patient and I would recommend her for individuals looking for an eye doctor. Her product selection was great and we received very fast and efficient service.
