Amazing!! There was a woman ( wearing a yoda mask ) I forgot to ask her name but she was extremely helpful. I had taken my glasses to 3 places before I went to Mayfield- they all sent me away & said they couldn’t help me. This employee fixed them for me in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this eye centre!!! ( & the lady in the yoda mask)

My wife and I both had exams and bought new glasses here and it was a great experience.Dr Camp was very friendly and professional.Lori heiped us with frames and lenses and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Would recommend them to everyone

My husband and I recently visited The Eye Centre, and we were very impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would have given a rating of 5 stars except during our first visit, my husband was seen first, but then was left waiting right up until the time that I was finished my appointment with the doctor (about 20/30 minutes). His tray with his paperwork was put on a desk and not dealt with. But our second visit to pick out our frames was great! We would come back!

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I was told that they would take two days to receive them, but they were at my home within 18 hours, I really appreciate all their hard work and commend this business for their excellent customer servic.

I have been going to Capital Vision Care for years for myself and my son. The people are so friendly and helpful. I just had an appointment yesterday and Shamy the manager helped me pick out a pair of glasses. She was honest in her opinion on whether the glasses looked good or not. She was a wonderful help in working out my coverage with Sunlife to purchase the glasses as well. Best place to get great help and great-looking glasses. They have a wonderful selection.

The staff at the Bower Place Eye Center was great! needed to get an eye exam right away and they were able to get me in, do direct billing to my insurance company and have me done right away. Very convenient to have the glasses done same day as well! Great job!
