Amazing!! There was a woman ( wearing a yoda mask ) I forgot to ask her name but she was extremely helpful. I had taken my glasses to 3 places before I went to Mayfield- they all sent me away & said they couldn’t help me. This employee fixed them for me in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this eye centre!!! ( & the lady in the yoda mask)

I started with Dr Plotsky downtown and followed him when he came to north Edmonton. The entire family started going to Drs. Plotsky and Evans. The entire team on 50th Street has treated us like family. Dr. Evans has been looking after our eyes for several years and while we've gone through changes like obtaining bifocals, getting rid of cataracts, and recently a tear in my retina. From Dr. Evans and associate Optometrists to Mona the receptionist to Johanna they have treated us well over 30 y

My husband and I recently visited The Eye Centre, and we were very impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would have given a rating of 5 stars except during our first visit, my husband was seen first, but then was left waiting right up until the time that I was finished my appointment with the doctor (about 20/30 minutes). His tray with his paperwork was put on a desk and not dealt with. But our second visit to pick out our frames was great! We would come back!

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda

I just had an appointment yesterday and Shamy the manager helped me pick out a pair of glasses. She was honest in her opinion on whether the glasses looked good or not. My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing. I recommend Bower Eye Care to anyone and everyone that needs to see an optometrist.
