I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.

The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. All of the people we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful. The installation was done on time and very well by the technician. As a repeat customer I went back to Revitalize Windows & Doors when I needed another door fixed. This time it was a mirror closet door. It needed securing the tracks, change of rollers, the works. Oversized and heavy.It is complicated to fix stuff in the old building, but not for Revitalize Windows & Doors. Service was superb - time efficient and professional. Will always turn to this company for this kind of repairs.

When I wanted new windows for my entire house (2 bay windows and 7 others) I decided to go with Fibertec because I wanted a solution that didn't involve vinyl. I'm happy to say that the installation went well. The house has been noticeably warmer with a consistent temperature on both floors since the new windows were put in. I had many questions before the process, as I waited, and after and the people there were courteous and respectful to deal with.

We had our whole house windows installed by Diamond Windows last year,
They used very good quality windows and their worksmanship on installation was excellent, all material used was high quality and they sealed those windows from inside and outside using proper spray foam and chalking, even installed the inside wood trim. They disposed off all old windows and left our place clean.
Their price was better than reasonable because they are a small family run company,
Mike, Tony and Larry are a pleasure to deal with and take pride in their work.
