My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

I cannot even begin to say how enjoyable my experience with Solutize has been. From my initial meeting with Josh to the final wrap up phone call with Pranay, they’ve been amazing to work with. I chose Solutize because I felt that they would “get” what we were trying to accomplish with our website redesign. They couldn’t have gotten it more! Amazing service from this company! Definitely the best place for computer repair in Calgary. Kris was my technician and he was extremely helpful. He removed viruses, installed better protection, optimized my computer, got my printer working again and setup my iPad in less than an hour. Even the bill was far less than expected which was great so close to Christmas. I would recommend tech espresso to everyone who needs computer repair and would like excellent service in the process.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.

Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. He put in new fresh thermal paste and my old computer has life again.
