Bruno (my little dog) and I were stranded with a broken clutch in my Toyota FJ manual 4X4 on the highway near Creemore Ontario.
I tried a google search and had no success except for this Yellow Page add. Rob who took my call assured me that he could help out.
He took the call himself. He got me my dog and truck home safely at a decent cost.

This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. Peter and Bing used there years of combined experience to get the job completed is a safe efficient manner.

10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

This is an amazing company that provides great service. I was left stranded on the gardiner expressway when my uber driver got a flat tire. They came to help out the stranded drivers with flat tires and offered to drive me home after no taxi or uber could pick me up on the side of the highway!
Thank-you again for your kindness and will be calling you guys in the future if I am stranded with my own vehicle next time.
