I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly

had to bring a Dodge Stealth in for a flex pipe repair recently. I was quoted 200-250 which I thought was reasonable, and when the job was done I was pleasantly surprised to discover the bill was less than 200! Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need.

Had our service truck breakdown at Blairmore. Called Mountain Valley Automotive and they had a mechanic come out right away. Got our service truck running and were able to determine the root cause of the issue within minutes. Friendly crew and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend them to all our staff and customer that are in the area to contact them if you have any automotive issues.

Absolutely the best auto repair and maintenance shop in all of Lethbridge! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I went in today because my check engine light was on and within a few short minutes, April had put my mind at ease. They are honest and will not get you to have services done that are not necessary. I have great respect for this shop. Tommy is loathe to fix things unless he is sure that it needs to be done. He has done many free inspections of cars/trucks I have looked at for purchase. In one case, he identified a vehicle that had been in a serious front end crash and accurately listed all of the repairs that had been performed. But what I like most about this place is that they have taught me lots about cars and their maintenance.
