Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I was asking about a blocked toilet, back flow preventer valve and a water alarm. Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a guesstimate price range, not actually seeing the job. That will help immensely on our budget. I did try the two local plumbers in Coaldale but they only use voice mail. I prefer to talk to humans. Especially if they have a sense of humour.
