Treat me and my family great. From customer service to labour. If it doesn’t need to be fixed now, they will suggested waiting. For instance, I thought I needed new tires. Nope. They said, you can get another year out of them with the kms you drive.

To say my dealings with Tri County Ford were good would be an understatement. Our new F150 is just amazing but it was made even more incredible because of the team at Tri County. We had no intention of getting a new Ford and because of some bad experiences at a different Ford location we were actually going to go to a different brand. I'm a mechanic myself,due to chronic illness and no longer having the proper facility I've been paying others to do more and more of my auto repairs of late. I'll say this, it's in the small details that Walter has shown himself to be a knowledgeable, competent and most importantly, honest mechanic. If I can't do it myself then he's the guy. Rates are very fair. His debit terminal was down on one visit, he told me to bring the money by later, in today's world, that's a rare one. 10 stars+++

I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.

Recently Torque do a pre-MVI inspection on a used car I was considering and these folks saved my butt. They were extremely reasonable to deal with and were honest and forthright when they told me to run away from this vehicle. Not only would I go back, they will probably do my next pre-MVI inspection in the coming days!!
