Hands down the best place to grab a bite and a cold one in Midland. Patio right on the water and excellent service as well as Live Entertainment - what's not to love! My husband and I were recently at the Mill Cafe for lunch with a few friends from out of town. We have been local to the area, but had not been in since the restaurant was renovated. The decor was delightful and vibrant, with unique artwork covering the walls. We were pleasantly greeted by our server who encouraged us to sit wherever we pleased. The menu was fun and fresh and we found it extremely difficult to have to choose from all the delicious items. Our lunch arrived very quickly, and we were more and more pleased with every bite. IT WAS EXTRAORDINARY! We felt very welcomed by both serving and kitchen staff (as this is an open concept restaurant) and we will gladly be back again! ... and again!

I love Marcel and Heather's cooking, it is the best. Unfortunately when someone else cooks it's not as good. When Marcel cooks I dream of the food all night. The seafood is delicious. I have never had tough seafood. The roast beef melts in your mouth.

Love this place. Fish and Chips the specialty and they are great. But try the pan fried pickerel, oh my! Other menu items good too. We almost always go back to the pickerel.
Staff are fun, rather than formal. If Ken is there, he tries to take a minute to say hello, old or new customers.

I've never really been a huge fan of red meat until this place! One of the best steaks I've ever enjoyed, and the service was just as great. I personally believe customer service is essential for attracting new customers and every time I go to this restaurant I enjoy everything from the atmosphere to the quality of food and service.

The food was great, very tasty wings, a large variety of taste. The portion was fair accoring to the price. The atmosphere was excellent, very friendly staff, the waitress, I think her name Anna Lisa was outstanding, very friendly always smiling and on the ball. My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :)
