just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

I went to Topnotch Auto, for the first time with my 2020 Honda Odyssey. Azhar took time and patience in fixing the airbag issue that I had. The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. Sean from Maxwell understood my frustration and helped me out the best that he could. A+ to his mechanics involved and thank you to Sean for looking after me even though I was a walk in customer. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.
