The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !!
Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!

Went to have my all-season exchanged for all-weather recently.
Was told it would take up to one hour and a half and it was done in that time frame. Great service. Fair price. Will go there again.

Drove in, no appointment Got my vehicle in with a leaking back tire. Got me in and out in under 1/2 hour, Repaired the tire, cleaned off the rim and seal areas, new valve stem and $50!!! Great value. And their pricing on name brands for new or used is exceptional. A hidden grem in Edmonton.

I brought my vehicle into them with a tire problem on short notice. They took the vehicle in, was able to solve the problem and have my vehicle ready when I needed it. I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. The staff are some of the best I have encountered and I have no qualms in going back for any issues that may wander along in the future. Amazing service.

Wow, amazing service today. Front brakes on my Subaru started acting up ,on the last business day of the year. Yesterday in -45 I had to change out my tire to my donut tire. I drove to trailtire in spruce grove and they got me in a fixed up within a hour and still make it to work on time! Would 10/10 recommend ask for billy he gave wonderful customer service!

As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct.
Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff.
Five years, and many referrals later, they continue to keep their service exceptional. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else..!!

These guys are awesome. Got us in with no notice, swapped tires out in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. They worked hard to get us out of there fast but still took the time to put the center caps on gently so as to not crack them. Highly recommend!!
