Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

You can tell that he is a car guy, that enjoys working on cars. My experience hands down was the best mechanic shop i have been to. Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family

This is a great old-fashioned personal small scale business where you get to talk to the owner and feel like you've made a trusted friend, though I'd never met him before. Ron came out and looked over my trailer as soon as I told him about the problems, called me the next day as soon as he did a thorough inspection, found and solved the problem in the most inexpensive way possible, and had the work done quickly and expertly. I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!
