Super environment. i am new to this vape culture and i needed a place where i did not feel intimidated or overwhelmed with technological terms i did not understand. I smoked cigarettes for over 20 years. I was introduced to this store by a good friend and now it's been over a week and i did not touch a cigarette. If you are looking for a place where you can actually learn about vaping product that might fit your needs with out without any pressure this is your store.

I come from Barrie atleast once every 2 weeks to pick up my usual. Monica who has been helping me since the 1st day I have stepped in there has been only most helpful and very informative. I have been to plenty of vape shops but I have never met a person I could trust for advice. Thank you Monica I no longer go to the vape shops in town. Prefer coming to this one in Bradford.

I bought a nice set up three weeks ago and Gio gave me a great deal on the stuff without me even asking! I've been back several times to buy juice and coils. When I had a battery issue, I saw Connor and it was fixed right away there. When I had coil issues I went to see Connor again, and it was quickly fixed even though it was the manufacturer's fault. These guys provide the best customer service humanely possible, and the only thing they care about is happy customers. I will never go elsewhere!

Excellent Vape Store!!!! They have a great selection in comparison to other stores around and they are willing to guide you too. I have tried their in house e juice and it was excellent, the berry blast is great and can make you custom juice on the spot. I will be back and I highly recommend you check this place out!
