I was recommened to go to Motioncare by a good friend and I have now been going to Motioncare for few several months to treat various injuries from running (ankle sprain, calf strain). Dr Gillian has been amazing & provided great, attentive care! Twice now she has got me race ready in a short span of time! Great convention location close to the subway. Easy online booking system. I have been to many rehab/physio/chiro clinics and this is the best one I've been to! Dr. Ali is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His clinic is modern and clean. He treated me for pinched nerve pain as well as treated sports related injuries. He helps you overcome your injury and pain but also teaches you techniques and methods to prevent future injuries.

Wow is all I can say when it comes to activelife rehab and it's amazing staff!! I was always sceptical of this sort of thing, but I must not anymore. I awoke one morning and could barely walk. But 3 physio appointments later and I was a brand new person. And then just when u thought I couldn't feel any better they started me on massage therapy and let tell you there is nothing greatert then to be able to stand up straight and tall with no pain!! Almost feels like I grew a few inches. A big thank you to all of you!!

Two days ago my 9yr/o Doberman was incontinent and unable to stand up on her own. I thought the end was near and was devastated.
