Shake pro has maintained my roof in 2013 and the heavy snow in early November 2017 caused some leakage. They came to fix the problem, no charge. Yesterday I found some leakage on the garage ground and they came today to inspect it. It was a false alarm. The leakage staining was old and what's on ground is not melted dry wall but melted salt.
They are good. Their service is good. They stand behind their work.
