I was a bit skeptical about this financial institution when I heard it. However, when I tried to call and apply for a loan, Ms. Diana truly help me even though it was my first time. As a client, she was very informative and well-mannered. And amazing staff also. They know for sure to help other people whoever in need. ATB is a very good bank in my experience with banks in Alberta. They provide outstanding customer service. Recently had a complicated issue with ongoing mortgage and Solomon Oliver Kousha along with his manager have been able to resolve the issue I was dealing with and that was a great relief to me. I prefer having ATB as my main bank as opposed to other major banks. They really care about their customers. Thank you.
