I came here about a month ago with a renovation project for my master ensuite. I was greeted by Adam who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about design and products they carry. Adam made it a breeze, form helping select the vanity to all the accessories we purchased for the bathroom. I was very impressed with the excellent delivery with such a short deadline, I recieved all my products within 10 days. Highly recommend!!!!

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. This company has just completed over 100 total bathroom renovations in our seniors building in Richmond Hill. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

I was referred to Vieira Concrete through Z Counter tops, the U.S. company who makes moulds for concrete counter tops. Vieira is distributor for Z Counter tops in the GTA.
I reached out to Vieira and was met with fantastic customer service. They were able to provide me with what I needed right away. I picked up the material today and am very excited to be getting started this coming weekend on our new counter tops.
