I love speedy auto works and the guys there, the Owner is great he was very honest i went with my estimate from the dealer because he had advertised he would beat it by 10%. my estimate was $1430.I thought he would do it but after checking my car it only cost me $320 and still running smooth. Hi Guys...I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent snow tire purchase. I am extremely happy with my new Toyo Tires on my 2012 Prius. They run smoothly and quietly. Handling is excellent. You were able to work me in between other appointments and provided me with honest advice and superior service. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I have dealt with Doug for many years & have bought my last 3 used cars off him. I am going to hopefully be buying car #4 off him too. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

windshield wiper flew off my car on the highway, was able to make it to work, went to Speedy and they helped me out in a bind...they walked over and replaced my wipers while I was at work, very professional and really went out of there way to help me out, dont see that kind of service anymore, thanks Tom and John
