To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans Lire plus

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Our first encounter with MG started two years ago when they installed an after-market cruise control. It worked perfectly until last month when, as we discovered, another garage disconnected it for diagnostics and forgot to plug it in again. Thanks to Drew and the ever-courteous Zaffir for such great service. The unit works like new. There is no doubt I will go there again or, suggest you do likewise. You will not be disappointed.
