Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business!
I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!
