I have had food from this restaurant two times,Delivary & pickup. My husband john made a reservation for friday. I was amazed to see the restaurant in decore & ambiance. We asked for their booth in the back section & was seated & offered water. The waiter even asked me for water with ice or without ice. great hospitality. My huband loves his beer & I enjoyed my chai.We both enjoyed our buffer to the last bite. Very consistent in quality. Till I hadn't seen this restaurant I had very diffrent view. It is a good place for a decent dining. I am going to be back with my friends also. A good find after a while including my home town Toronto. Lire plus

Went there with a friend on Monday night, Night little cozy place, hardly 30 seats. the searver was very courteous and we ordered the Two can eat for 24.95, got two entrees, Keema curry and Royal chicken, The served us with poppadum with spicy green chutney, fantastic start! Next came our Naan, Rice, Curries and green salad. Keema curry was excellent, had enough heat to convince me to order chilled beer, the food was enough for two people in package, we ordered extra naan and it was charged, Overall two people 42$ including tios , great outing, Would definitely go back again. From start to finish this meal was excellent. The restaurant looks like nothing from the outside but simple yet impressive on the inside. Tastefully decorated and greeted by smiling staff. This is the first indian restaurant I have tried since moving to Canada from England and from what I hard heard it is difficult to find a good indian in Calgary. Well this was incredible. The waitress was excellent and answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations. We started with poppadums and mango cutney and they were probably the best I have ever had, freshly made and just excellent. We then shared the Vegetarian Platter for 2, the somosas were different from what I was use to and they weren't the best but the rest of spicey and delicious. My main, the Chicken Goa Curry (only lamb is mentioned on the menu but she informed me they could do chicken as well) was just perfect, I was concerned when I ordered it that it would be too much like a Thai curry and not the indian I was craving as it is made with coconut milk but it was perfectly spiced and one of the best curries I have ever had. All in all this was an excellent meal and we will definately be going back. Lire plus
