We hired Dilean and GTA Flooring to install floor tiles on the three balconies in our condo. The timing of his visits and the job start and completion were all as promised. Dilean was able to work with our ideas and offered suggestions as needed. He is an artist and tile is his medium. We have worked with many renovators over the yeas and our experience with Dilean and GTA was one of the best. All three balconies look amazing from inside the condo as well as from outside.

We worked with Matt who was incredibly knowledgeable and found us the perfect modern, yet durable floor for our closed-in porch. He even arranged delivery and installation. We used The Carpet Guys when we lived in Oakville. This was the best experience I have EVER had bringing contractors into the house. The price was right. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Bruce was very helpful bringing the carpet samples to the house so we could decide what would go best with the furniture and how it would look. The installers were helpful and friendly too. We carpeted the livingroom, hall, stairs and rec-room so they had to move furniture around too.
